Description
Logitech H110 Stereo Headset – Black (Brand New)
Logitech H110 Stereo Headset (981-000271) – Kenya’s Simple, Reliable Wired Headset for Calls and Everyday Audio
Kenyan professionals, students, and remote workers often need a straightforward headset that just works. The Logitech H110 Stereo Headset (Part Number: 981-000271) delivers exactly that. This lightweight, wired on-ear headset provides clear stereo sound and a noise-cancelling microphone at an accessible level. As a result, it has become a popular choice for everyday communication across Kenya. ^E
What Does This Headset Deliver?
The H110 is built for clear, simple audio. You get full stereo sound for music, videos, games, and calls through a standard analog connection. The noise-cancelling microphone reduces background room noise, so your voice comes through more clearly during online meetings and calls. The microphone boom rotates a full 180 degrees, letting you wear it on either the left or right side. When you are not speaking, you can tuck the boom out of the way.
Comfort and Build Quality
Vention may build hubs, but Logitech builds this headset with a sturdy yet lightweight frame. The adjustable headband offers a broad range of fit for different head sizes. Ultra-soft foam ear cushions provide comfort for extended use, though some users note the padding is on the firmer side for all-day wear. The headset weighs just 74 grams, so it stays light on your head. The cable measures 1.8 metres, giving you room to move at your desk.
Compatibility You Need to Know
This is the most important detail for Kenyan buyers. The H110 uses dual 3.5mm plugs: one green plug for audio output and one red plug for microphone input. Therefore, it requires a computer or device with separate headphone and microphone jacks. It does not work with devices that have only a single combined 3.5mm port, such as most modern slim laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, or MacBooks. If your laptop has a single audio jack, you will need a separate splitter adapter, which is not included. The headset works with Windows PCs and most systems with dual audio ports.
Practical Uses for Kenyan Users
The H110 suits everyday video calls on Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Students can use it for online classes and listening to lectures. Remote workers can take calls without disturbing others in shared spaces. The noise-cancelling microphone helps in busy home environments. For basic music listening and casual gaming, the stereo sound is adequate. This headset is not designed for professional audio work or immersive gaming, but for everyday communication, it performs reliably.
